New Dawn Green Fields

A moody abstract watercolour landscape with diagonal sweeps of deep teal and emerald green washes dominated by darker, almost black shapes. The pigments there feel rich and organic with blooms and granulation emphasizing the paper's texture.
 
The green transitions softly into lighter turquoise which dissolves into a sky with misty blends of cool grey, lavender and soft pink giving a calm contrast to the intensity of the land.
